How to setup your Apple iPhone Mail

Before completing these steps, please ensure that you have obtained your email address and password from our Support Team.

1. Tap on Settings app.

2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

3. Tap on Add Account.

4. This displays a number of email providers.

5. Tap on Other.

6. Tap on Add Mail Account.

7. Enter Name, Address (full email address), Password and Description.
(iPhone will attempt to guess your settings. Allow ~1 minute for it to fail.)

8. Click Next.

9. Select IMAP

10. Enter Name, Address (full email address), and Description.

11. Under Incoming Mail Server:

• For the Host Name field, type the name of the server in lowercase letters.
  The name is in the form of mail.<your domain name>, e.g. "mail.acmecars.co.nz".
• For the User Name field, type your email address.
• For the Password field, type the password that was provided by our Support Team.

12. Under Outgoing Mail Server:

• For the Host Name field, type the name of the server in lowercase letters.
  The name is in the form of mail.<your domain name>, e.g. "mail.acmecars.co.nz".
• For the User Name field, type your email address.
• For the Password field, type the password that was provided by our Support Team.

13. Click Next.

14. Your iPhone will then verify your account information, and upon success you will be taken back to the Mail screen. Your account will now be listed.
