Deleting a vehicle & viewing deleted vehicles

How to delete a vehicle in Motorcentral

Step 1: When inside the Motorcentral vehicle screen, select the vehicle to be deleted 

Step 2:  Right click on the vehicle and select Delete Vehicle from the drop down list

Step 3: The user will be prompted to confirm that they want to delete the vehicle > select Yes to proceed

Step 4: Enter the reason for the vehicle being deleted, this can be reviewed in the Event log if needed in the future > click OK

Note - If a notification box presents advising that the Vehicle cannot be deleted, please contact our support team on 0800 623 687 for assistance.

Viewing deleted vehicles in the Event log

Step 1: From the Main Tool bar, navigate to File > View Events

Step 2: Select Vehicle Movement from the drop down menu

Step 3: Search for the vehicle

Step 4: To see more information, double click on the line to view as per below
