Feature Highlights

		Dealer plates added to test drives We’ve introduced a dealer plate field to simplify and enhance accountability during test drives. This feature allows you to easily assign a dealer plate to a vehicle prior to test driving, creating a better audit trail for the locations of dealer plates at specific dates/times. 		Autosure API update We've implemented Autosure's new V2 API which adds features like extended terms for PPI & GAP, checking for existing insurance coverage, checking for cash deposits (GAP) and also removes some redundant vehicle questions which should speed up the process. Other features in this release:

• Vehicles imported using a template in the 'Import Purchased Vehicles' tool, now set the vehicle's status to that assigned in the template. Previously the status of the imported vehicle was always set to 'In Transit'
• New Data Export: "Sale". Allows you to export a list of sales within a date range including customer contact information
• When exporting contacts to Xero, phone numbers are now automatically included
• New notification for overdue test drives. This triggers 24 hours after the expected return date/time of the test drive vehicle and acts as a reminder to put the vehicle back 'on yard'.
• Admin will now be notified if a password reset request occurs for a user without an email address
• If submitting a password reset request and your IP address has been blocked (a security measure), you will now receive a user-friendly error message to inform you and how many minutes you need to wait before trying again
• When entering a Vehicle Wanted activity you must now select a vehicle manufacturer before entering a model
• Driver’s license expiry date can now be added to customer record
• Test drive agreements (PDF version) now display the customer's signature (if available)
• Wholesale invoice: Encumbrance is now displayed as separate line item on invoice
• Resolved Windows 11 UI inconsistencies
• Document viewer now only opens whitelisted filetypes (eg. TXT, PDF, CSV etc). You can still upload and download other filetypes, but you can no longer view them within Motorcentral (a security measure)
• New custom field type: date selector
• You can now select the default message displayed when sending a Digital Signing request to a customer. Navigate to CRM > Emails and select one of the 'Digital Signing Request' email templates to edit.
• Updated Protecta branding to Assurant (effective 1st December 2024)
• Referral Method report can now be filtered by Sale Type
• Added an additional 9 possible schedule times to Task Rule settings (now 13 total)
• Various 'stock' reports can now be ordered by 'Purchase Date'
• Stock purchase report now displays a 'Supplier' column and can also be ordered by 'Supplier'
• Added 'Employment Status' to contact records
• Purchase order report layout has been updated
• Updated Finance Central customer-led application to new format
• Removed 'Autobase (FTP)' listing agent extension. Trade Me only operates their Dealerbase API connection now.
