Administration, security & user management

• Fixed an issue in Motorcentral Desktop where users without security access could still view Fuel Economy & Safety Ratings. Permissions now apply correctly, so unauthorised users can no longer access these details, matching the mobile app behaviour. A
• Resolved a security issue in the Motorcentral App where users without access rights could in some circumstances still view the CIN card and Summary Sheet. Access permissions are now correctly enforced on mobile to prevent unauthorised viewing and improve compliance. A

Inventory & vehicle management

• Edit a vehicle's stock number and alternate stock number directly in the app. A
• When adding an odometer reading via the App it now only saves when the vehicle is saved, matching desktop behaviour. A
• Expenses context menu (popover) is now available in the app, matching desktop. A
• Added a 'Copy Vehicle' option to the mobile app. A
• Common list actions - view vehicle reports, delete vehicles, deactivate or delete contacts - are now available in the app. A
• Fields managed by an external vehicle import (e.g. Autoplay) now show a message explaining changes made can be overridden each time the data is imported. A
• Hybrid vehicle fuel types updated: Primary Fuel Type now defaults to blank and is editable, Secondary Fuel Type is locked to Electricity. DA
• Faster parts lookup — database indexes added to tables. DA
• New Bulk Update option added under Tools in Desktop. D

Sales & lead management

• Added the ability to set probability and convert an opportunity to a sale directly from Opportunities list. A
• Opportunity search can now search based on Avanti Finance application IDs. A
• Quick responses are now available in Opportunities, allowing fast notes or email replies directly from the app. DA
• Fixed an issue that caused duplicate opportunities to appear in the Opportunity Search inbox and in the app when multiple enquiries were received for the same customer across different vehicles and a sale was created. This prevents clutter and ensures more accurate lead tracking. A

Finance, accounting & compliance

• Digital signing in the app now matches desktop - view existing signing requests and create new ones with configurable options. A

Marketing, advertising & exporting vehicles

• New {OdoCaption} wildcard automatically formats odometer readings with a thousands separator and unit (e.g. 71,320 km), reducing manual formatting in templates. DA
• Fixed an issue where on-road costs were not included in vehicle payment calculations and the exported Effective Retail Price. The price now correctly includes applicable on-road costs (GST inclusive), ensuring more accurate finance calculations and exported listings. DA
• Vehicle image exports now always copy images into the dedicated export container, even when no resizing or overlays are required. This prevents broken image links on websites and marketplaces if the original source image is later deleted. A
• A new "Include Export tab fields" checkbox is now available in Copy Vehicle, allowing export-related fields to be copied along with the vehicle. This streamlines duplication and helps keep export information consistent. A
• Disabling a listing agent now automatically removes pending tasks and deactivates the related task plan, while preserving task history. A

Reporting, analytics & insights

• Stock reports now show the dealership location as at the selected report date, not the vehicle's current location - improving accuracy across Accountant's, Manager's, Salesperson Stock Lists, Stocktake, and Vehicle Status reports. D
• Stocktake Report now includes an 'As at' date selector, enabling historical stock snapshots. D
• Fixed an issue where Dashboard sales totals could exclude one day of data, causing mismatches with the Manager’s Sales Report. DA
• In Transit Stock List now supports grouping by Vehicle ETA, making it easier to plan incoming stock. DA
• View sale reports directly from the Sales list in the app, matching desktop. A

Notifications & messaging

• A built-in SMS and email editor is now available in the online app - compose and send messages to customers without switching tools. D
• Fixed an issue that incorrectly rejected email addresses containing apostrophes (e.g. karen.o'bobby@motorcentral.co.nz). These addresses can now be entered, saved, and used for communications without errors. DA

Third party integrations

• Autosure MBI claim limits are now supported - when a vehicle quote includes a claim limit not previously in the system, the correct product is created (or reactivated) automatically so the right cover options appear and quotes can proceed. D
• Resolved an Autosure integration bug where entered details were ignored when using the "Import make from provider list" button. The import now uses the provided data correctly, preventing incorrect makes. D
• Autoplay-managed fields are automatically set to read-only in Website Admin and the app, preventing accidental edits. DA
• Trade Me Premium Product provisioning has been removed. Trade Me listings continue to be supported via existing options. D
