Features and improvements in this release

Administration, security & user management

• One-time password (OTP) verification is now required when setting or changing the email address or mobile number in a user's profile, helping protect user accounts from unauthorised changes. A
• Password resets now require a password between 12 and 64 characters and help prevent the use of passwords known to have appeared in well-known public data breaches. A

Inventory & vehicle management

• The vehicle manufacturer lookup list has been updated to include additional, newer manufacturers. D
• A new vehicle setting allows the Consumer Information Notice (CIN) to be marked as not required for a vehicle, for example for machinery, caravans and boats. This excludes the CIN from vehicle exports and digital signing documents automatically but does allow a CIN to be manually printed if/when required. D A
• When a vehicle is removed from a previously saved sale it now records this in the audit log. D
• Duplicate VIN checking now runs automatically after importing vehicle details from Car Check, helping prevent duplicate vehicle records. D A
• Trade-in vehicles linked to an in-progress sale now show “(In progress)” alongside their current status in the vehicle stock list. D A
• The Parts and Extras product window can now be resized without a maximum size limit, making it easier to work with product details on larger screens. D
• Spell checking is now available when entering expenses in bulk, helping identify typing errors before records are saved. D

Sales & lead management

• A new opportunities menu in contact records provides easier access to opportunity actions and sales follow-up tools. A
• Opportunities can now be transferred to another contact, a new contact or a company, with confirmation before the change is made. Associated activities move with the opportunity to keep follow-up history together. D A
• Special conditions can now be added to sales in the app, helping record important requirements and agreements for delivery. A
• Signing request delivery status is now displayed in the workflow screen, making it easier to see whether a request has been sent and delivered. A
• Multiple extras can now be selected and added together when creating a sale, quote or finance application. Items such as GAP, MBI and vehicle registration remain limited to one product each. A
• The sales list now remembers your selected column order after you log out and back in. D
• Fixed an issue where skipping the driver licence step during a test drive could create blank photo entries. Licence photos now appear only when valid images have been uploaded. A

Finance, accounting & compliance

• Vehicle information now includes purchase details, sale status, and purchase and sale writeback amounts and tax information. A new Vehicle Expense view also provides easier access to vehicle-related expense data. D A
• Purchase order and purchase invoice searches now load more quickly. D A

Marketing, advertising & exporting vehicles

• Separate Trade Me vehicle export limits can now be set for each active dealership. The overall limit is calculated from the dealership limits, while existing account-level settings continue to apply until dealership-specific settings are saved. A
• Vehicle exports now support wildcards and text library templates in the app, making it easier to create consistent listing content with vehicle details filled in automatically. A
• Vehicle exports can now treat in-progress sales as either Unsold (the default) or Sold. When exporting in-progress sales is enabled, those vehicles are included regardless of the sold-vehicle date setting. D
• Fixed display issues that could hide the Trade Me export status bar or misalign the Save and Cancel buttons on the New Quote screen on some computers. D
• Fixed an issue in Website Admin where the website selector closed unexpectedly. A

Reporting, analytics & insights

• A new Stock Reconciliation report shows stock activity across selected dealerships and date ranges. Options include including or excluding estimates, filtering by GST status and sales progress, and grouping results. D A
• Stock and sales reports now offer clearer options for in-progress sales: treat vehicles as sold, treat them as unsold, or show only in-progress sales. Results for sold and traded vehicles reflect the selected option consistently. D A
• Reports now include an “As at date” parameter with options for any date or dates up to the report end date, giving you more control over the reporting period. D
• Reports that use sale or invoice dates now include a Date mode option. Date ranges can be based on either the sale date or invoice date, and the selected mode appears in the report header. This applies to relevant stock, sales, transaction and outstanding-money reports. D A
• Reports in the app now display the parameters used to generate them, making results easier to understand and reproduce. A
• The engine used for generating reports and all 'standard' reports have been upgraded to improve reporting compatibility and reliability. Custom reports can be upgraded upon request. D
• Fixed date handling in Manager's Sales Report PDF exports in the app. Dates now use New Zealand formatting, and the selected month's full date range is included without shifting either end by one day. A

Notifications & messaging

• Incoming emails, SMS messages and customer feedback are now available in the app, providing a central place to review customer communications and responses. A
• Dealerships can now choose whether digital signing notifications go to the salesperson, business manager or both. The setting carries through to signing requests and is also available in the app. Customer details are displayed more clearly, and audit logs record who created or revoked each request. D A

Third-party integrations

• Export files can now be sent directly to Amazon S3, with configurable bucket, folder, region and access settings for automated transfers to cloud storage or connected systems. D
• A new DealerStudio extension exports vehicle listings in a custom CSV format, with support for custom scripts, export fields and wildcards. D
• The Motorweb extension now supports a certificate thumbprint to identify the correct certificate when multiple accounts are configured on the same computer. D
• A new Cars.org.nz listing integration allows vehicle information to be exported directly to the marketplace. D
• A new Performance Plus Finance listing integration allows vehicle information to be exported directly to their marketplace website. D
• A new Electric Dreams listing integration allows vehicle information to be exported directly for advertising and promotion. D

Other improvements

• A new dark mode option provides a darker app interface for use in low-light conditions. A
• Custom scripts using ScriptContext now support C# 7.3, including language features such as inline variables with TryParse. D
• Select menu options are now easier to choose, with the full menu item clickable. A
• The Android app's top status bar now changes colour to match the selected module. A
• Fixed an issue where the main menu briefly appeared during sign-in before the landing page loaded. A
