Motorcentral Version 3.1.1 is now available

More Features in this Release:

• Motorcentral is now using Microsoft .Net 4 — the latest in Microsoft technology platforms
• Added the ability to specify whether PPI/LPI and GAP are included in money outstanding and how to calculate their contribution.
• Emphasised the primary vehicle status search values in the Vehicle Inbox by making them appear in bold
• File upload is now faster and will automatically detect issues sometimes caused by bad internet connections
• Improved mapping with AutoBase to remove false positive warnings for Utility and SUV/4x4 body styles
• PPI Calculation has been reviewed to better match insurance company calculations. Changing sale extras will automatically reflect on any PPI product selected
• Performance improvements when loading long lists of data
• Improved the way the system displays the number of exported vehicles to keep the user interface responsive

• Add additional validation to prevent vehicle expenses from being saved without a currency assigned
• Direct Export to Trade Me:
  - Vehicles with more than 5 previous owners are now exported without warnings
  - Automatically converts odomoter reading from Miles to Kilometres
  - Replaces last images with CIN Card and Summary Sheet when configured for export
  - Added support for Trucks, Motorhomes, Motorcycles & Caravans
• When accounting export is segmented by dealership, exported items for dealerships with the same Legal Name are automatically combined
• When exporting to accounting, the user receives warnings for suspected duplicate transactions. (As per Settings > Vehicle > Expense Duplicate Method setting)
• Import Purchased Vehicles tool is no longer modal and can be opened alongside other windows
