    Now it is possible to download vehicle information directly from your My Autohub account to Motorcentral. This includes updated shipping information as it becomes available.
    Import an entire vehicle or Shipping Information only and use that information to update your existing stock

    Spell Checker now available

    Spell Checker now available

    The description field on each vehicle (located in the Export tab) now has a built-in spell checker, which will underline any incorrectly spelt words in red, and allow you to right-click on these words for suggested corrections.
    After-Sales expenses added

    After-Sales expenses added

    Expenses can now be marked as After-Sale which means you can still record them against a vehicle, but they aren't taken into account for profit reports (ie. are treated as a business overhead).
    A running total is also displayed at the bottom of the Margin Summary on the Expenses tab of a vehicle.
    In addition we've added a new Account code to allow you to allocate these expenses to a different ledger in your preferred Accounting system.
    Xero API now live

    We've extended our existing Xero integration by allowing direct entry of your draft sale and purchase invoices directly into Xero, without the need to generate files.
    After confirming the transactions you wish to export you can simply click a button and these will be transferred immediately to Xero.

    Complete an MR13C from within Motorcentral

    Complete an MR13C from within Motorcentral

    You can now complete your MR13C transactions directly from within Motorcentral.
    We'll also keep track of the status of any MR13C on a vehicle, allowing you to easily see which vehicles have not been transferred into your name.

    • Integration with Nikkyo Cars. Download your vehicle information direct from your Nikkyo Cars account
    • Improved performance of vehicle search, sales reports and money outstanding tools
    • Accounting items can now be excluded from export temporarily or permanently from the export screen prior to running the export
    • Improved performance when running Accounting exports. Please Note: you may notice a slight delay the first time you run your export after this upgrade, but following that, this process should run much faster

    • When importing vehicles via Import Purchase Vehicles using a template in a multi-dealership installation, the expenses of the created vehicle belong to the same dealership as the vehicle
    • Website exports can now be created in a classic format to be compatible with some legacy software & websites
