    Motorcentral AdConnect now live

Our new AdConnect service will automatically advertise your vehicles to targeted audiences on these platforms. You simply select the vehicles you'd like to advertise and a budget for each - we'll take care of the rest. Best of all you only pay when a customer clicks on your ad through to your website.     Any purchases made via Auto Suppply can now be directly imported into stock including any available photos. If you're an existing Auto Supply customer and would like to add this feature please contact our Support Team.
    Track your Vehicle Status history

    Expenses can now be marked as After-Sale which means you can still record them against a vehicle, but they aren't taken into account for profit reports (ie. are treated as a business overhead).
    As your vehicles change statuses (eg. In Transit, At Supplier, On Yard), the length of time they stay in each status is now recorded along with a history of each status change as they occurred.

    More Features in this Release:

    • Enabled multi-selection of vehicles in the Import Purchased Vehicles screens and now displays spinner to indicate an operation is in progress
    • Implemented search function in the Import Purchased Vehicles screen
    • Added Super Spotlight flag to vehicles (used in new Motorcentral 3.0 websites)
    • Added Super Spotlight, Hot and Similar Vehicles data to exported data files (all used in new Motorcentral 3.0 websites)
    • When emailing a drivers licence via context menus, both front and back images are now automatically attached to the email
    • For finance applications, the opportunity estimated value defaults to the finance amount if no vehicles have been specified
    • Added Fuel Saver button to Vehicle Form and Vehicle Inbox Toolbars
    • Added Appraised By to the Vehicle Summary Screen
    • Change the purchase date of vehicles imported via IBC to use the ETA
    • Performance improvement when saving data across all areas of Motorcentral
    • Added salesperson name to the list of activities when opened from with a vehicle
    • When saving a vehicle or sale report as PDF, Excel or Word the suggested file name incorporates the vehicle or sale title for distinction
    • Added the customer Email Address column to the the customer list within a sale
    • You can now search for tasks by task type
    • Lists of Salespeople and Business Managers are now sorted alphabetically (First Name, Last Name) when displayed in selection boxes across the system
    • Finance posters now support 48 weeks per year repayment calculation
    • Added Customer Missing Information Report
    • Created AMPD Task Log report
    • New Vehicle Status Report under Purchase Reports section
    • New AdConnect Performance Summary and AdConnect Transactions under Sales Reports section
    • Add new Vehicle Report sort by option Status Date
