    Note: Motorcentral no longer supports computers installed with Windows 8 and you will need to upgrade those computers to Windows 8.1. This is a free service provided by Microsoft or contact our Support Team for assistance.

    Improved stock taking functionality

    We've added a new stocktaking report which allows you to easily identify the status and location of your vehicles. The report orders vehicles by 'Last Updated' which makes it easy to quickly identify those vehicles that have not been accounted for yet. Best used in conjunction with the stocktaking feature on the Motorcentral App (Go to Stocktake under the main menu of the App).

    Export Customer Lists

    Now you can export your entire customer list in a CSV format. Great for importing into third-party applications like email campaign managers. You can access from File > Data Export on the main window.

    Recurring AMPD campaigns

    AMPD now allows recurring campaigns which means you can send your customer more regular correspondence. For example you can now setup a 'Weekly Specials' email or 'Deal of the Day' TXT message. Note: this does require AMPD CRM product plus some customisations - talk to our team for more information regarding setup.

    Auto-retrieve FuelSaver information

    To assist with compliance, Motorcentral will now automatically check for and download FuelSaver information when you enter a valid Plate No or VIN.

    Finance Central updates

    Note: these features require Finance Central connection. Sign up today.

    We've added the ability to initiate dealer-driven finance applications from both Sale Agreements and the Finance Application activity. This means you can complete a part of the application process on behalf of your customer.

    Also certain information relating to Product Extras (supplier, category, reference, purchase cost) on a Sale can now be edited even after submission to Finance Central.

    Other features in this release

    • Stock ID Card - designed to place in the window of each vehicle during reconditioning to allow easy scanning and status updating via the Motorcentral App
    • When entering a company name now attempts to locate a NZBN for that company and automatically enters if found
    • Easily add trade-in vehicle(s) to a Sale from Trade-In Appraisals you've previously entered
    • Added ability to exclude 'Brand New' vehicles from BuyerScore surveys
    • If Car Check determines a vehicle as 'probable' of having a Security Interest, now flags that vehicle with 'Security Interest Currently Registered on PPSR'
    • Removed Trade Me/Need A Car stats from AdConnect Performance Report which were incorrectly showing
    • When sending an email from Contact window, now automatically adds an Outgoing Email activity if that Contact has an Open Opportunity
    • Prevented system crash when Address Lookup service becomes unavailable
    • BuyerScore survey now triggers off Delivery Date instead of Sale Date
    • Vehicle Data Exports now can be empty (previously needed at least one vehicle). Allows you to remove all vehicles from a Listing Agent
    • Email Subject & Body can no longer be empty - previously was allowed
    • Now disables some Outgoing Email fields if email is sent directly from Motorcentral. Prevents resending of same email
    • Fixed issue with Vehicle Templates being included in some reports (including Vehicle Expenses Report)
    • Can now skip some validation steps when using Motorcentral Insurance API which allows quick access to Insurance providers that are not part of the Motorcentral API service
    • Added 'Reply To' options when sending an email or TXT. Allows any reply from customer to go directly to that person/entity
    • Can now view the Body of Incoming/Outgoing email activities in HTML format
    • Now easier to identify offending field when attempting to Save a Sale or Vehicle that includes a date outside of the current Open Accounting Period
    • Warn user and prevent saving of Sale and Vehicle when certain dates fall outside the current Accounting Period
    • Now prevents Sale Status being changed after set to Finalised
    • Trade In Purchase Date now updates if Sale Date it was traded on changes. Trade In Purchase Date now also locked field
    • Updated VOSA and Finance Application documents to include reference to Privacy Act 2020
    • Fixed issue with Extensions data not always using latest version available
    • Fixed issue with Vehicle Export when Data and Image folders where different
    • Fixed issue where users that didn't have permission to Export Vehicles could still use the 'Export All' function
