The Motorcentral mobile App is available to download from the App Store or Google Play on iPhone and Android.

Step 1: Open the Motorcentral App and log in.
The Motorcentral App is available for download for Apple and Android devices. You can download this here.

Step 2: Search for the vehicle that is being test driven > Open vehicle.

Step 3: Tap the pop out menu (3 dots) on the top right and select Add activity.

Step 4: Select Test drive.

Step 5: Search for the customer via mobile or email.

You can also search via name, but mobile or email is more accurate to identify a customer and to prevent duplicate customer records.

Either select the customer from the search results or choose to add a new customer.

Selecting an existing customer
You will be taken to this screen, tap Next to confirm the customer or tap 'Select a different customer' to go back.

Adding a new customer
Choose if you are adding an Individual or Company. In this example we will be adding an Individual

Choose how you would like to add the contact details. In this example we will using the NZ driver licence.

Read the tips – They are important!

Take a photo of the licence, it will scan the details and pull through the customer’s name and licence information.

You can choose to Use these details or retake the photo

You will be prompted to fill in the missing customer details > Click Next

Step 6: Take the Driver Licence front and back images by tapping on Add, then tap Next.

Step 7: Confirm the vehicle by tapping Next.

Step 8: Confirm the details on the screen and add a Referral Source, then click Next to proceed.

Step 9: You will be taken to the test drive agreement that the customer will need to read over, agree to and sign before tapping Finish.
