Clean Car Fee price inclusive box added
Tickbox has been added on vehicle to indicate if retail price is 'inclusive' or 'exclusive' of Clean Car fee.
Advises third party exports including Trade Me. Automatically changes messaging on CIN, Summary Sheet etc plus new indicators added to reporting to indicate if Price is inclusive of Clean Car fees.

Event entry logged when 'Reset password' actioned
An event is now logged in the events screen when a user requests to reset their password.

Other features in this release
- You can now select / remove the provider who you get your Clean Car data from (e.g. VTNZ / VINZ) per dealership.
- The default payment instructions have been set to dealerships 'Bank Account: {DealershipBankAccount}' on VOSA, Wholesale invoice, Product Sale Invoice and Account Statement.
- ORC/Special/Clean Car indicators have been moved to display in front of price in reports and vehicles grid view.
- The Money Outstanding report was displaying vehicles with $0 owing. This bug has been fixed and no longer displays vehicles with $0 owing.
- Error message no longer appears via Finance Central portal when processing or retrieving GAP products
- The 'Registration Plate No' field now clears when the 'Registered on the NZ Motor Vehicle Register' box is unticked.
