If your Motorcentral account is locked due to multiple incorrect login attempts within a short period, you will need to reset the failed login count to access your account again.
Resetting failed login count as an administrator
- In the main window, go to Tools > Users.
- Right-click anywhere in the User Settings list.
- Select Reset Failed Login Count from the context menu.
- Confirm the reset when prompted.
Once the reset is complete, you or the affected user can attempt to log in again from any computer.
Other options
- Wait 24 hours for the lock to automatically lift, then try logging in again.
- Contact the Motorcentral Support Team during business hours for assistance.
- Ask another user with User Management rights who is currently logged in to perform the reset for you.

- The 24-hour lock helps protect your account from unauthorised access.
- Only users with appropriate permissions can reset failed login counts.
