Motorcentral includes a security feature designed to protect your account. If multiple incorrect login attempts are detected within a short timeframe, access to your Motorcentral account will automatically be blocked for 24 hours. This helps prevent unauthorized access without your knowledge.
If your account is locked, you have three options:
- Wait for 24 hours and try logging in again.
- Contact the Motorcentral Support Team during business hours to reset your account.
- If another user with 'User Management' rights is currently logged into Motorcentral, they can reset your account for you. See below.
Administrator reset
- Go to Tools > Users from the main window.
- Right-click anywhere on the User Settings list and select Reset Failed Login Count.
- Confirm the reset to proceed.
Once the reset is complete, you will be able to attempt logging in again from any other computer.
