As at 9th March 2020, Trade Me will no longer allow image overlays and allow a maximum of 2 non-vehicle images, either of your dealership brand, dealership yard or a report about the vehicle (such as a Motorcentral Car Check, an AA report or a vehicle CIN).

As a result you may need to remove any image overlays and/or image posters you have setup in Motorcentral DMS prior to sending your vehicle listings to Trade Me. Please Note: this will not affect your ability to still send image overlays and image posters to other listings sites and your own website.

To remove image overlays and image posters complete the following instructions:

Turning off image overlays

1. Navigate to the Export tab and then to the Trade Me Motors export within Motorcentral.
   
   
   
2. Click on the Admin tab.
   
   
   
3. Uncheck the Export Image Overlays and Export Finance Posters checkboxes.
   
   
   
4. Click the Save Settings button.

Remember to complete a one-off 'Export All' export to re-send all your images to Trade Me with the overlays and posters removed by doing the following:

1. Go to General tab and change Data to Send to All Data
2. Click on 'Export Now'
