Example of the new Vehicle Summary Sheet
The new version (v2) of the Vehicle Summary Sheet includes a more modern design, highlights your BuyerScore rating if you have one (this is optional, see below) plus adds a QR code that directs viewers to that vehicle on your website via their mobile phone.

Setting up the QR code link
Adding a QR code to your Summary Sheet allows viewers to quickly navigatet to that vehicle on your website.
To set this up:
- Navigate to Tools > Dealerships.
- Locate and select the Dealership you wish to set this up for and then click the Edit button.
- Click Next until you reach this screen
- In the Website Vehicle URL enter the URL format when visiting a single vehicle on your website inlcuding where the Stock Number wildcard should be used.
Example: www.acmecars.co.nz/vehicle/{{StockNo}} - Click 'Next' until you reach the end of the wizard then click 'Finish'
Note: you will need to do this for each dealership that has a website.
Enabling/disabling your BuyerScore rating
If you have an active subscription to BuyerScore your rating will now automatically display on this version of the Summary Sheet.
To hide/show this:
- Navigate to Tools > Reports.
- Locate and select the 'Vehicle Summary Sheet V2' report and then click the Edit button.
- Click Next
- Select/Deselect the 'Display BuyerScore' checkbox for your desired result.
- Click 'Finish'
Enable / Disabling image overlays
You have the option to include your preferred image overlay for that vehicle directly on the images displayed within the Vehicle Summary Sheet.
To hide/show image overlays:
- Navigate to Tools > Reports.
- Locate and select the 'Vehicle Summary Sheet V2' report and then click the Edit button.
- Click Next
- Select/Deselect the 'First Image' and 'Other Images' checkboxes for your desired result.
- Click 'Finish'
