As per Xero recommendations (Checkpoint 21: Logs), Motorcentral provides a full log of communication flow to Xero.

To view the logs, go to File, View Events...

Filter category to "Accounting Audi" and set search text to "Xero Api Call". You may also wish to set a date filter.
