What is a vehicle sale delivery checklist?

When a customer purchases a vehicle from you, there’s often a list of deliverables you agree to with them before they pick up the car or have it delivered. A Delivery Checklist is an important tool that allows you to document and complete each deliverable prior to the vehicle being ready for pick up or delivery.

The checklist gives you peace of mind knowing that every required action or item has been completed, checked and presented to the customer along with their new vehicle and your internal processes are being followed correctly.
