How to convert an opportunity into a sale

Inside Motorcentral there are three types of opportunities - open, won and lost.

Open - these are active leads in your system.

Won - these are opportunities that have been won and successfully converted into sales.

Lost - these are opportunities that have been lost. An opportunity can be lost for a number of reasons, such as they may have found a vehicle elsewhere.
