Often it makes sense to add further text to the description field of your vehicles when displaying them on your website vs Trade Me and/or other sites like Need A Car.

For example you might want to say "Just fill out the form below to get in touch with us", or "drop us a line using the contact details on the right-hand side of our listing" dependent on where that information is displayed on the website.

Another example might be creating a special offer for your website customers only, which you don't want to advertise in other places. eg. "Mention you saw this car on our website and get a free tank of gas!"

To add supplementary text for a particular Listing Agent complete the following:

1. Browse to the Export tab > Select the Listing Agent you wish to configure > Click the Additional Export Text button
   
   
   
   
2. Enter the text you wish to display for that Listing Agent. Note you can use Wildcards if required
   
   
   
   
3. Click OK
4. Click Save Settings

Now the next time you export to that Listing Agent the text entered will be inserted at the bottom of the description field for each of your vehicles exported.
